My Family

The Sawyer Clan

The Sawyer Clan
This picture was taken August 11th, 2007 when my sister FINALLY made it down to Florida to visit me, and only because my father begged her to come down to help install my ceramic tile floor in the kitchen! Now if I can get her down here again for some fun time!. By the way, she and her better half  now LOVE the Gulf Coast of Florida and have made it their vacation spot every year!

I know, I'm the giant of the bunch - and I'm only 5' 10"!
Where did I get my height? The real question is, why are they so short! My mother's side, the Robinson's, are all tall. There's even some height on my dad's side. Strange how it all works!

Tilly

Now let's talk about the worlds best sister. Tilly, or even Tilly-Lou is what Mother will call out if she really wants to ruffle my sister's feathers. Call her Tif for short, nothing else to keep her happy. Tif came into the world 2 years, 1 month, and 1 day after I did (and yes, I even know how many hours). This Aries/Tarus mix in siblings was a great match. We were very close growing up, as we are still today. I love you Tif - always my pal!

Dad

It is a wonderful thing growing up with a caring, giving, intelligent man in the house. My Father was there to provide for us, teach us so many important lessons in life, and make our lives so much more enjoyable. Dad - I love you, and words can't express how much thanks you are owed for our lives and everything you have done and everything you do! Dad and I had a lot of fun. From days spent in the country fields drilling oil wells, to nights in the woods on hunting trips; even afternoons out in the bass boat not catching a thing but great times. I enjoyed my childhood so much because of you and what you provided for us. Today, you are still so much fun (if not even more). The laughs we share every time we are together is a wonderful thing!

Mother

Where do I start with this one? A son's Mother is his angel, his saint, and his closest friend. We share so much so often Mother, and we don't even have to say anything. My Mother, my friend, I love you! I have learned so much from you - how to cook, bake, make beautiful decorated cakes, decorate, and be creative.
